Update on Steve Hackett's Forthcoming Official Biography

According to Alan Hewitt, author of the forthcoming official Steve Hackett biography, Sketches of Steve Hackett, he has completed his last interviews for the book and expects that the final draft will be sent to Steve Hackett for approval in May of this year. The book is expected to be available for the start of his next tour, which is tentatively set for October 4, 2008, the 30th anniversary of his first solo tour! The artwork for the book is also in the process of completion by artist Richard Nagy.

Una versione in Italiano ci sarà (o almeno è pianificata) e confermo che l'editore sarà differente, e probabilmente non Italiano. Tempo fà, mi ero proposto ad Alan come curatore della versione Italiana, ma appunto mi ha risposto che ci avevano già pensato ed era stata messa in cantiere. I tempi però sono molto incerti....come del resto lo sono anche per la versione Inglese che era prevista prima dell'estate...poi ad Agosto...ed ora ad Ottobre.
